If it's NEW posts, as more people join the forum, you may find that threads get bumped with comments like

Thanks for your comments they are highly apprecieated. I have changed you need 5 additional posts for the lottery, and 10 additional posts for thunderball.

Basically its overall, so if you make 10 posts you can enter both, competitions.

Spam is not classed as posting so accounts will be deleted if neccessary, so i hope the idea goes well lol.
